Necklaces are made to order. Please select your desired length from 16", 18" or 20". If you'd like a custom size please make a note of your desired length at the checkout. Please note, all necklaces come with a 2" extender chain making them entirely adjustable.

Exchanges & Returns
As a Nisi customer you are entitled to a 14 day return window from the delivery date if you are not completely satisfied with your order. To begin the return or exchange process please contact hello@nisijewellery.com and we will send you full instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Unfortunately earring styles cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Instead, you may be eligible for a gift note.

To help protect the durability of your jewellery, remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
We advise that you keep your jewellery clean by using a soft cloth when needed.
