Where Do You Ship From?

All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in the UK.
How Do I Track My Order?

We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched which is included in your shipment confirmation email.

All mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail and you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or email. International deliveries are sent via DHL or USPS. Tracking numbers can be entered into the relevant tracking page below:

If you cannot find your tracking information on the above links then it may have been sent with a different carrier, in which case you can use a universal tracking website such as 17Track

If you are unable to locate your tracking number or dispatch email, please reach out to the team on hello@nisijewellery.com stating your order number.

What Materials Do You Use in Your Jewellery?

For waterproof designs we use stainless steel with PVD 18k gold. However, we have found that for more intricate designs, softer metals are needed for a more elegant finish. With this in mind, we use solid sterling silver or high-quality brass generously coated with rhodium or 18k gold. To know what material each piece is made of, please read the specification below each product.
Do Your Packages Contain Receipts?

To reduce our carbon footprint, we do not include paper invoices in our packages. The only receipt of purchase you will receive is the initial confirmation email with your order number. This is also to ensure that our jewellery packages are ready to be handed to loved ones as gifts.
Is Your Jewellery Suitable for Gifting?

Yes. All of our jewellery is beautifully wrapped and perfect for gifting. You can also add a custom gift message at the checkout and this will be written on a branded card for you ready to hand straight to the recipient.
