What materials do you use for your jewellery?

We work with a range of materials depending on the design of the jewellery.

For waterproof designs we use stainless steel with PVD 18k gold. However, we have found that for more intricate designs, softer metals are needed for a more elegant finish. With this in mind, we use solid sterling silver or high-quality brass generously coated with rhodium or 18k gold. To know what material each piece is made of, please read the specification below each product.

All our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

How do I care for my Nisi pieces?

To help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewellery, remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.

We advise that you keep your jewellery clean by using a soft cloth when needed.

I’m not sure what ring size I am?

Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All of our jewellery is cadmium, lead and nickel free.

I’m purchasing a gift - do you include gift receipts?

To reduce our carbon footprint, we do not include paper invoices in our packages. The only receipt of purchase you will receive is the initial confirmation email with your order number.

Can I update my address once my order has been placed?

We have a very small window that allows address changes to be made. Please reach out to us at with your name and order number and we will do our best to try and help.

Shipping & Delivery

How will my parcel the shipped?

All UK orders are sent with Free Tracked 48hr Delivery.

If you are in a rush to receive your delivery, you can upgrade to Tracked 24hr Delivery.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

The shipment time will vary on which option you choose at checkout, however see below for delivery estimates:

UK Standard Delivery – Next Day Service (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

UK 24hr Delivery – Next Day Service (please allow 1-2 business days for processing)

International Delivery Standard - 10 - 14 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

International Delivery Express – 5 - 7 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

My item hasn't arrived - What can I do?

Firstly, we’re sorry if your order is running late.

You can use your tracking number to check updates on the whereabouts of your order which will be sent to you via email. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days and arrive within 1-3 working days depending on your chosen delivery method.

It is also worth double-checking your order confirmation email to ensure that we have the correct shipping address for you. If you are still concerned about your order, don't hesitate to email us at

What do I do if my order is lost?

Don't worry, it's rare that a delivery is ever lost.
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at and we will try our best to solve the issue.

If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (UK only). For International orders, we will contact our delivery partners and keep you posted at all times on next steps.

Do you ship worldwide?

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received this email, please also check your spam folder. If you have entered the wrong email address please contact us at and we can assist you further.

As a Nisi customer you are entitled to a complimentary 14 day return or exchange window from the delivery date if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

When returning your item back to us, we will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit and we suggest using tracked shipping service. Please note that you will be responsible to bear the cost of shipping back to us.

My item is faulty - What can I do?

In the event that your item appears damaged or faulty please contact us at within 48 hours so that we can assist you. Please email us with your name and order number1-2 photos of the issue and a short description of what happened. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
