How Do I Track My Order?

We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched which is included in your shipment confirmation email.

All mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail and you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or email. International deliveries are sent via DHL or USPS. Tracking numbers can be entered into the relevant tracking page below:

Do Your Packages Contain Receipts?

To reduce our carbon footprint, we do not include paper invoices in our packages. The only receipt of purchase you will receive is the initial confirmation email with your order number. This is also to ensure that our jewellery packages are ready to be handed to loved ones as gifts.
Is Your Jewellery Suitable for Gifting?

Yes. All of our jewellery is beautifully wrapped and perfect for gifting. You can also add a custom gift message at the checkout and this will be written on a branded card for you ready to hand straight to the recipient.
Is it Safe to Wear Gold Plated Jewellery if I Have Sensitive Skin?

Our aim is to make pure jewellery, meaning that all products are free from lead and nickel. This means that you can wear all of our products without being afraid of allergic reactions due to, e.g. nickel allergy.
