Returns Info
As a Nisi customer you are entitled to a 14 day return window from the delivery date if you are not completely satisfied with your order. To begin the return process please contact hello@nisijewellery.com and we will send you full instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Unfortunately earring styles cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Instead, you may be eligible for a gift note.
Once we have received your returned items, we will inspect them and process the refund on the original payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for a refund.
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product and this will not be included in your refund.
Exchange Info
As a NISÍ customer you are entitled to a 14 day exchange window if you are not completely satisfied with your order. To begin the exchange process please contact hello@nisijewellery.com and we will send you full instructions on how to send your package back to us. You can also let us know which products you would like to exchange your jewellery for.
Once we have received your returned items, we will inspect them and begin the exchange process. Usually, we will have your new item packaged up and shipped the same day.
