How Long Does Delivery Take?
Dispatch Time: typically in 1 business day
UK Tracked 48: 1 - 2 business days (after dispatch)
UK Tracked 24: 1 business days (after dispatch)
UK Special 1pm Delivery: 1 day (after dispatch) Please note, this is a signed for service and someone must be at home to receive the delivery.
Europe Tracked 3 - 5 business days (after dispatch)
Standard International Tracked: typically 10-14 business days after dispatch (variable depending on country and could take up to 4 weeks)

Do I Have to Pay Customs & Duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Nisi Jewellery cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you refuse a shipment from Nisi Jewellery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Nisi Jewellery. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
As a Nisi customer you are entitled to a 30 day return window from the delivery date if you are not completely satisfied with your order. To begin the return process please contact hello@nisijewellery.com and we will send you full instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Unfortunately earring styles cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Instead, you may be eligible for a gift note.
Once we have received your returned items, we will inspect them and process the refund on the original payment method or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund.
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product and this will not be included in your refund.
